Basilica Administratum (WIP)

For the rubble I used a combination of Sprue, Cat Litter, Saw Dust, Elmers Glue, House Paint. I painted them using black primer, a blue spray paint, and than did the base in a grey primer to speed up painting when I get to that point. I also added some sidewalks using styrene but it didnt turn out so well. I might beable to salvage it during the paint process... time will tell.
